NATURE OF MENTORING:
• The information presented during mentoring includes ideas, suggestions, techniques, training, exercises, processes, activities, downloads, instructions, and other materials (collectively “materials”) is educational in nature is only general in nature and is not medical or psychological advice.1. Right to Refuse Coaching:
• Dice Bran Mentoring reserves the right to refuse mentoring services at any time and settle any monetary affairs accordingly.2. Refund and Cancellation Policy:
• Dice Bran Mentoring reserves the right to refund and cancel mentoring services at any time and for any reason.3. Limitation on Mentorship:
• Under no circumstances will Dice Bran Mentoring mentor individuals working with major news companies.
• If a client is found to be undercover and later discovered to be affiliated with mainstream news or advertising agencies (such as Vice, etc.) or found to have a hidden agenda, they will be immediately terminated from mentorship without refund.
• Any such individual may also face legal action for defamation, leaking business secrets, and intellectual property infringements.4. Client Restrictions:
• Dice Bran Mentoring typically does not accept clients who heavily rely on alcohol, pornography, antidepressants, or illegal drugs.
• We reserve the right to cancel mentoring services without refund if a client is found to be using these substances during mentoring.SUCCESS DISCLAIMER
Success Statements and Examples: Any success statements or examples mentioned on our website or social media are estimates of what we believe individuals could achieve. We do not guarantee, implicitly or explicitly, that our content or mentoring services will work for you overall. Since the program is experiential and the extent of the programs risks is not fully known, I agree to assume and accept full and complete responsibility of and known or unknown risks associated with my participation in the program.I agree to indemnify Dice Bran Mentoring, trainers, and any associated parties from any liability resulting from my participation in the program.
Specifically, I agree to fully release, indemnify, hold harmless and defend dice bran mentoring and associated parties, from any and all claims of liability and for any damages, property damage, loss or injury, including but not limited to:
physical injury, physiological or emotional effects, death (including suicide), financial, personal, emotional, medical or otherwise, which may occur arising at any time, as a result of my voluntary decision to participate in the program.
This indemnification also extends to my family, friends or any of my associated parties.
We strongly encourage clients to seek professional help if they are experiencing mental health challenges or thoughts of self-harm or suicide. Our coaching services are not a substitute for professional mental health treatment.Client Acknowledgments:
I, as the client, acknowledge and agree to the following:
• I confirm that I am an adult in my country.
• I understand that my decision to engage in coaching with Dice Bran Mentoring is voluntary.
• I acknowledge that Dice Bran Mentoring is not a professional or qualified caretaker. I understand that coaching with Dice Bran Mentoring is not a substitute for seeking advice from qualified professionals, such as psychologists, psychiatrists, or professional advisors.
• I understand that the coaching is experiential in nature and focuses solely on personal growth and development and is not to be considered treatment for and physical, emotional or psychological problems.
• I understand that I am not under the care of Dice Bran Mentoring.
• I accept full responsibility for completing or not completing the exercises provided during the coaching program. The mentoring provided is merely perspective for me to consider, however It is my responsibility to do the exercises explained in order to increase the likelihood of my success.• I fully understand that participating in mentoring is going to be very emotionally painful and difficult.
• I understand that I will be made uncomfortable at times during the coaching process.
• I understand that my participation in mentoring with Dice is strictly voluntary, and I do so at my own risk and that I freely choose to participate.
• I understand that by participating in the training and mentoring, emotional or physical sensations may surface which could be perceived as negative side effects and possibly cause psychological and or physical discomfort during and beyond the training.
